Yesterday I got really lucky. Sarah and I decided to make a DI run beacause it had been awhile. I found a PS2 there marked $10. I figured it would probably have something wrong with it and could sell it for parts on ebay and maybe get $50 out of it. It didn’t come with any controllers or the AV cables, so we went and bought those for $10 each at Wal-mart so in case it didn’t work I could return them and get my money back. Anyway we got home plugged everything in and it booted up just like it should. I tried playing a movie and it played flawlessly. I just need to get a game to try, but I figured around $30 total for a Playstation 2 isn’t a bad deal at all. Continue reading →

Today a new version of Skype for Windows was released. I have yet to try it myself, but I read it add SMS capability and some GUI improvements.
